How-To: Make a War Sword

Recently when doing a search on forging swords I came across an awesome article entitled, "The Making of a War Sword, The Blankenshield Method." In short, this article gives step-by-step instructions on how to go about making your very own sword. I am not talking about a simple wall hanger here. If made according to these steps, the hefty steel weapon you will be wielding would make easy work of taking out small trees and of course the odd renegade orc. After giving this page a good read over I must admit I was very excited to get out to the junk yard to get materials to get started making my own and I am sure I'm not the only one.
